Chapter Key Awards

The Chapter Key Award (CKA) honors Sigma chapters that excel in membership recruitment and retention; publicity and programming; professional and leadership development; and local, national, or international collaboration. Eta Eta chapter has earned the CKA six consecutive times: 2007, 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2017.

2017 002_crop_3x4_400.jpg Our sixth CKA was awarded at the 44th Biennial, Indianapolis, IN, in 2017. Back at home, Norma Beyer, Caramie Tshimanga, and Susan Bare display the Key and our new banner.
2015 2015CKA_v2.jpg Alaina Scozik, chapter secreatary and Jared Dougherty, chapter treasurer, received our fifth CKA at the 43rd Biennial in 2015 in Las Vegas, NV.
2013 OfficersAt2013Induction_small.jpg Eta Eta officers display our fourth CKA at Induction 2013: Carolyn Smith, Deb Lampo, Sue Wisotzkey, Stacey Okoth, Barb Buchko, Melissa Schneider, and Stacy Lutter. The award was granted at the 42nd Biennial Convention, Indianapolis, Indiana, in 2013.
2011 CKA2011.png Karen Dykstra, Eta Eta President, received our CKA from Karen Morin, STTI Past President, and Patricia Thompson, STTI Chief Executive Officer, at the 41st Biennial held in Grapevine, TX, in 2011.
2009 Wisotzkey2009ChapterKeyatBiennial.jpg Sue Wisotzkey, Eta Eta Chapter President, received our 2009 Chapter Key Award at the 40th Biennial Convention, Indianapolis, IN.
2007 group.jpg Patricica Avakian, President, Eta Eta Chapter, accepted our first CKA at the 39th Biennial Convention in Baltimore, MD, in 2007. Chapter member attendees at the 39th Biennial included: Karen March, Jacquelin Harrington, Patricia Avakian, Judi Hertz, Julie Beck, Norma Beyer, Nancy Robertson, Peggy Vernon, Nancy Miller, and Karen Dykstra.
